We offer users fast and accurate audio transcription, video transcription and custom transcription services. Users can choose between various turnaround options and custom add-ons on request. Every transcript includes two free timestamps per page. Options such as time-coding every 30 seconds, or every speaker change, are available. Our custom or bespoke transcript formats can be designed to suit your requirements. We adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.

Our transcribers are all first language English experts, selected through our job portal from a large pool of applicants who are trained to research and produce accurate and intelligent transcription. Our proprietary workflow system is highly secure, ensuring the safe upload and storage of your audio or video files and transcripts on our servers.
