The Madrid Convention Bureau is a non-profit organisation created by the City Council in collaboration with a group of public and private companies from the sector, with the double aim of promoting Madrid as a city capable of hosting national and international meetings, and supporting these events from a technical and institutional viewpoint. Since 2012, the Bureau is a department of Madrid Visitors & Convention Bureau and currently groups close to 200 associate members. Madrid Convention Bureau places itself at the disposal of event, meeting or incentive trip planners to ensure that any sort of event staged in the city will be carried out smoothly and to promote the Spanish capital as a convention city.
