Lenny Surjati-Mank is an international executive, with over twenty years experience in sales, spanning a decade each in two distinct business sectors: international conferencing and Information Technology.Previously serving as Assistant Head for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) and Corporate Sales for Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, she has been handling overseas markets for the resort since 2014. The fully integrated USD 5 billion property covers 49 hectares, includes six hotels with a total of 1,840 rooms, and features Universal Studios among other top attractions. Operating at the Assistant Vice President-equivalent level, she leads a team of nine staff, generating $15-20 million in conferencing business annually from Europe, the US, as well as South East Asia and Australia. Recent clients have included IBM, IATA, Formula 1, and Microsoft. She also works within the Sentosa Harbourfront Business Association to generate multi-stakeholder activities and ensure member coordination. Previously, she represented the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Casino in Singapore in similar functions. During a decade in the IT sector in Singapore, she led domestic and South East Asia regional sales teams for such leading corporations as Singtel, StarHub, and IBM. This included developing business plans for marketing a full range of hardware, software and services both to enterprise and consumer clients, as well as managing profitable sales accounts and staff with full P&L accountabilities.She holds a Bachelors in business and computing from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Masters in International Business (IBM Scholar) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. With global clients, Mrs. Surjati-Mank travels frequently to international markets and trade shows. She currently maintains homes in both Singapore and Canada. She speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
